Any person who signs up to the Good Mood Group Classes, Courses and Programmes, does so with complete knowledge that they are undertaking a programme that is not fully supervised.

While every care is taken in the planning, preparation and delivery of these programmes, any person who engages in the programmes does so with the full understanding that there is a risk of injury.

The Good Mood Group reserves the right to terminate or disqualify any person’s enrolment in the Good Mood Group Classes, Courses and Programmes where that person’s behaviour is deemed to be rude, aggressive or anti-social. In such circumstances, a participant who is disqualified is not entitled to a refund of the initial payment.

By registering for our Classes, Courses and Programmes you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Classes, Courses and Programmes.
